WTT Connected meetings are quarterly virtual community of practice discussions that bring workplace wellbeing leaders together to apply ideas in real organizational contexts. These facilitated, peer-led sessions recap key insights from Wellbeing Think Tank events, explore how strategies are being implemented at work, and surface shared challenges and lessons across industries.
Session Title: Making Data Work in Practice
This session centers on how practitioners are navigating the realities of collecting, interpreting, and using wellbeing data in their organizations. Members compare approaches to measurement, benchmarking, and storytelling with data, focusing on what actually helps move decisions, conversations, and change forward.
