Educational Intensives are quarterly virtual deep-dive sessions focused on the organizational side of workplace wellbeing. Each session explores what employers, leaders, and practitioners can do to strengthen systems, policies, and cultures that support people at work. Led by trusted experts and grounded in evidence, Educational Intensives translate research, lived experience, and real-world practice into practical strategies participants can apply immediately. These sessions are designed for people responsible for shaping how work is designed, led, and experienced.
Session Title: Creative, Values-Driven Pathways to Wellbeing
This session explores approaches to workplace wellbeing that honor human connection and the complexity of real work environments. Participants will examine how emerging research on executive coaching and tools like AI and wearable technology can support more personalized strategies that truly support the whole person at work.
Featured Speaker: Tesha Crockett-Gibson, DHSc
Tesha Crockett-Gibson, DHSc, is a distinguished Associate Professor and organizational wellbeing expert whose work bridges academic research with real‑world leadership practice. With a doctoral focus on health sciences and a career rooted in the behavioral and social determinants of wellbeing, she supports organizations in designing environments where individuals and teams can flourish.
Dr. Crockett-Gibson’s scholarship and coaching approach emphasize values alignment, inclusive leadership, and the creation of psychologically safe cultures.
